Comparative Analysis of Aspergillus Terreus

In this project, we are generating 10X sequence coverage and automated annotations for A. terreus, Neosartorya fischeri, and A. clavatus. This project is being carried out jointly by the Broad and TIGR MSCs with the sequencing and annotation of N. fischeri and A. clavatus occurring at TIGR and the sequencing and annotation of A. terreus occurring at the Broad Institute.
