Multi-Genome Homology Comparison

Multi-Genome Homology Comparison

1. Select a single "Reference Genome" and DNA molecule:
This tool reports protein level matches between a single reference DNA molecule and multiple comparison DNA molecules.

2. Make your "Comparison Genome" DNA molecule selections:
You may select up to fifteen comparison DNA molecules. First select a single comparison organism and DNA molecule below.

Next choose if you want the protein matches between the reference DNA molecule and the comparison DNA molecule included or excluded from the final results.
Include comparison matches Exclude comparison matches
Finally hit the "Add" button to add the selected DNA molecule to your "Final Comparison Genome List" below. You may then go back to the comparison organism selection and repeat the process to add more DNA molecules.

3. Make a cutoff selection for the protein matches:
Choose your cutoff type and enter the value for the cutoff (i.e., Minimum Percent Similarity 80, Maximum PValue 1.0E-30). Default values show all hits >=40% similarity, >=10% identity and <=1.0 PValue.

4. Hit the "Submit" button to get your results:
